【摘要】 在开发商业地产时,如何选择最优的投资项目是影响房地产企业投资成功与否的首要因素。鉴于此,本文根据商业地产项目投资的实际情况,构建了投资评价指标,应用熵权决策法计算各指标的熵和熵权,并用AHP法对权重进行处理,然后按照各项目到理想点的距离及其贴近度的大小对项目进行排序,以选出最优投资项目,最后将该模型应用于实际。结果表明:该方法有助于解决以往评标过程中评价指标的权重确定过分依赖主观臆断的弊端,从而能更多还原
